Attached you will find data forms for Routine Wetland Determination from the 1987 COE Wetlands Delineation Manual. You can find the complete COE Wetlands Delineation Manual at <http://www.wes.army.mil/el/wetlands/pdfs/wlman87.pdf>. Using the National List of Vascular Plant Species at <http://www.nwi.fws.gov/bha/download/1996/national.pdf>determine the Plant Indicator Status Categories (See page 14 of COE Manual) for each of the species. The dominant plant species are grouped by stratum (1) overstory canopy, (2) subcanopy, (3) ground cover, (4) vines.

1. Using Wetland Data Form #1, determine the percent of species that are Obligate (OBL), Facultative Wet (FACW), and, or Facultative (FAC). __________

2. Does Wetland Data Form #1 indicate that the Hydrophytic Vegetation Criterion is met? __________

3. Using Wetland Data Form #2, determine the percent of species that are Obligate (OBL), Facultative Wet (FACW), and, or Facultative (FAC). __________
