Before United States Court of Federal Claims, Washington, DC; on behalf of
United States Department of Justice re: allegation of damages from inverse
condemnation of land due to groundwater drainage adjacent to U. S. Fish and
Wildlife Service’s Pocosin Lakes National Wildlife Refuge. Prepared expert

of property.
