Dr. Barrett L. Kays is a nationally recognized environmental scientist with
specialty in soil, groundwater, and surface water contamination, landscape architect and
planner with specialty in land development, land use regulation, and environmentally
sensitive properties, and a real estate broker and consultant with specialty in industrial
and commercial economic development projects and environmentally damaged properties.
Dr. Kays serves as expert witness in federal and state courts in toxic torts, environmental
damage assessments, environmental and land use regulation, and land condemnation cases.
